The quarterly journal Geology, Geophysics and Environment (ISSN Online: 2353-0790; ISSN Print: 2299-8004) is published by the AGH University of Science and Technology; Faculty of Geology, Geophysics and Environmental Protection, Krakow Poland. The journal publishes original papers, articles and notes from the Earth and Environmental Science field. The Editorial Board consists of many renowned scientists representing different branches of geology, geophysics and environmental sciences. All submitted papers are peer-reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. Articles are accepted only in English. This is an open-access journal, which means that all content is freely available without charge.

Publication in the journal is free of charge. And, the authors do not pay any fees for making the work available in open access.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Authors can archive pre-print and post-print or publisher's version/PDF. They have full copyright and property rights to their work. Their copyrights to store the work, duplicate it in printing (as well as in the form of a digital CD recording), to make it available in the digital form, on the Internet and putting into circulation multiplied copies of the work worldwide are unlimited.
